After a lengthy absence, Sprints On Dirt will return to Fremont Speedway during their 2004 "25th Anniversary Tour" on "ROOTS" Poultry Night, May 22nd.  The First Annual SOD vs. Fremont 305 Challenge will be contested that evening. 
 
"Jim Ford has revitalized the Fremont facility into one of America 's top weekly tracks and we are extremely excited to be part of this unique race" exclaimed SOD President, Jason Fausey .  SOD rules will apply to all 360's with Fremont Speedway overseeing the 305 contingent.  All entries must weigh 1500 lbs. with driver, and either series spec tire will be allowed.   The 30 lap affair will start 24 cars, with $1,500 going to the winner. 
 
410 sprint cars will also be on the card, in what should be a fun night of Sprint Car Racing at "The Track that Action Built".
