Fremont purses
increase for Mid-Season championship

FREMONT, Ohio (June 10, 2005) - Thanks to sponsorship from Burger King
restaurant of Fremont, and Snyder's Floor Covering of Bettsville, the purses
for Fremont Speedway's Mid-Season Championship Night on Saturday, June
25, have been increased by $4,500.
The 410 sprint feature will pay $2,500 to win and $300 to start, an
increase of $2,000 to the total purse. The payoff for the A-main will be:
1. $2,500; 2. $1,400; 3. $1,100; 4. $1,000; 5. $900; 6. $800; 7. $700;
8. $600; 9. $500; 10. $450; 11. $400; 12. $380; 13. $360; 14. $350; 15.
$340; 16. $330; 17. $325; 18. $315; 19. $310; 20. $300.
The 305 sprint feature will pay $600 to win and $150 to start, an increase
of $1,500 to the division's total purse. The payoff for the A-main will
be: 1. $600; 2. $500; 3. $400; 4. $375; 5. $350; 6. $325; 7. $300; 8. $280;
9. $260; 10. $140; 11. $220; 12. $200; 13. $180; 14. $170; 15. $160; 16-20.

The Coors Light Dirt Truck feature winner will take home $400, with
the main paying $75 to start for an increased purse of $1,000. The payoff
for the A-main will be: 1. $400; 2. $220; 3. $200; 4. $190; 5. $180; 6.
$170; 7. $160; 8. $150; 9. $140; 10. $130; 11. $125; 12. $120; 13. $120;

"Thanks to our sponsors we're able to bring back some of the events
- like Mid-Season and Season championship nights - that fans and drivers
enjoyed in the '70s and '80s," said Fremont Speedway Promoter Jim Ford.
"The increased purse is a way to say thanks to the teams that support us
every week."
The 410 and 305 sprints are required to run the track's Goodyear spec
rightrear tire and mufflers are required in all three divisions.
