Trucking/Crown Battery 50-lap Challenge rescheduled to Brubaker Auction
Night at Fremont Speedway

FREMONT, Ohio (Tuesday, May 29, 2007)
- The KOT Trucking-Crown Battery 50-Lap Challenge I will take place Saturday,
June 2 on Brubaker Auction Night at Fremont Speedway.
The 50-lap feature for the Fort Ball Pizza
Palace 410 Sprints will pay $5,000 to win with an increased payoff of :
1. $5,000, 2. $2500, 3. $1700, 4. $1400, 5. $1300, 6. $1200, 7. $1150,
8. $1100, 9. $1050 ,10. $1000, 11. $900, 12. $800, 13. $700, 14. $600,
15. $500, 16. $450, 17. $400, 18. $400, 19. $400, 20. $400.
Also, many older race fans can remember
the special races like the Australian Pursuit. Well, on June 2, that race
will return to "The Track That Action Built for the Don Eckhardt Memorial
Australian Pursuit. The race will feature the traditional single file start
with the "if you're passed you're out" format.
The Fremont Federal Credit Union 305 Sprints
and Fremont Fence Dirt Trucks are also on the racing card. Thanks to associate
sponsorship from Excuse's Lounge of Sandusky, all of the trucks will run
a feature Saturday, June 2, as they will be split into two complete fields
- those in 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc. in the points will run in one feature, even
in points in another.
And for the kids. the Tackle Box II will
give away 10 bikes for those youngsters 10 and under!
KOT Trucking is also paying a second place
in the 50/50 drawing of $100.
Admission for Saturday, June 2 is $17 for
adults; $15 for senior citizens and teens ages 11-16 will get in for $9
(10 and under free as always).
