FREMONT, Ohio - Fremont Speedway
has a rich and storied history. Celebrating
its 57th season of racing
in 2008, "The Track That Action Built" is bringing
back another tradition under
new promoters Andy James an Rich Farmer - the
Fremont Speedway Trophy
Queen!
Contestants must be a female
as least 17 years of age - anyone under 18 has
to have the written consent
of BOTH parents. They must submit an essay of
200 words or less on why
they want to be the Fremont Speedway Trophy Queen.
Each contestant must submit
an 8" x 10" color photograph of herself, which
Fremont Speedway has permission
to use and release as needed. Contestants
must include their name,
full address and phone number.
A three-judge panel will
review the applications and pick the winning
contestant - their decision
is final.
The winner will receive $1,000
college scholarship (to be paid at the end of
the season provided the
winner fulfills her obligations) and will represent
Fremont Speedway at all
racing functions including every race night in a
most professional manner
- conduct deemed to be improper and/or detrimental
to the image of Fremont
Speedway will not be tolerated and shall be cause
for immediate disqualification
and forfeiture of prize money. The winner
must be available each race
night in 2008 in the Engine Pro Victory Lane at
the conclusion of each feature
event for photographs.
The winning contestant must
agree to verbally promote and support Fremont
Speedway and other relevant
sponsors at all public functions and in all
interviews relating to racing
activities.The winning contestant must conduct
herself at all times with
due regard to public morals and standards.

Ave., Fremont, Ohio 43420.
Entries must be submitted by May 15, 2008.
The winner will be announced
prior to the May 24 race event.
